PURPOSE:To automate the feeding or discharging of contents and to save energy, by pressing down an upper lid of a processing tank of a planetary rotary type barrel processing machine, attaching the lower lid thereof onto a hinge plate through a spring, and performing the opening and closing using a hook. CONSTITUTION:The apparatus has a main shaft at the center that is supported rotatably by an upper bearing and a lower bearing secured to an outer casing 2. Turrets 5a, 5b are secured to the upper and lower parts of the main shaft 1. A plurality of processing apparatuses 61, 6b are rotatably attached to the upper and lower turrets 5a, 5b. Valves 16a, 16b at the opening are pressed down from above, the lower lids 21a, 21b are integrally formed with the hinge plages 22a, 22b through the springs 31a, 31b, and the hinge plates 22a, 22b are hooked by the hooks 32a, 32b. Therefore the opening and closing operations can be readily performed. |
