PURPOSE:To make it possible to obtain the attitude of a gear-shift which the driver prefers, by coupling a gear-shift control part with a gear-shift controlled part so that the manipulating range of a change lever in a tractor or the like may be changed between the left and right positions. CONSTITUTION:A change guide 4 which is formed with, in both left and right sides, linear guide grooves and another guide groove consisting of upper and lower groove parts, is attached to the upper part of a change post 3 in which a handle shaft 2 is inserted, to limit the rotated (displaced) position of a change rod 7 constituing a gear-shift control part B. That is, a guide pin planted on the change rod 7 is adapted to be engaged with the guide groove 21, 22 by the rotational operation of the change lever 8. The lower end of the change rod 7 is coupled to a control rod 14 in a mission casing 10 through a gear-shift controlled part C consisting of upper and lower flexible joints 12, 13. The above-mentioned change rod 7 is held in a gear-shift position by means of upper and lower springs 19, 20. |
