PURPOSE:To find the phase difference between 8.2f (f; fundamental frequency) signals from a master and a slave station at a receiver and to obtain the titled device at low cost without spoiling its function, by transmitting a 8.2f signal phase-locked to the main station from the main station and each slave station at different time for a specific time shorter than the transmission time of an 8.2f signal used for time synchronization in the pause of an 8.2f signal. CONSTITUTION:A phase discriminator 5 and a master station VCO7 are connected together during master station transmission and each slave station VCO and the phase discriminator 5 are connected together during the transmission of each slave station; the master station VCO7 is phase-locked with an 8.2f signal from the master station and respective slave station VCOs 8-10 are not phase-locked with 8.2f signals from respective slave stations. The output of the master station VCO7 phase-locked with the 8.2f signal from the master station is inputted to a phase difference measuring instrument 12 and the outputs of slave station VCOs 8-10 phase-locked with 8.2f signals from the slave stations are switched by multiplexers 11 at respective slave stations during 8.2f signal transmission and inputted to the phase difference measuring instrument 12 to find phase differences between the master station VCO7 and respective slave station VCOs 8-10, displaying them on a phase difference display meter 13. |
