PURPOSE:To make compact a foaming device for a cosmetic puff or the like and enable to effectively utilize space, by moving molds in a three-dimensional manner in accordance with production steps. CONSTITUTION:The mold 1 with a lid body 3 in an opened condition is momentarily stopped at a position directly below a nozzle 7, a predetermined quantity of a foamable raw material of polyurethane is poured into a cavity 2 by lowering the nozzle 7, and the molds 3 are sequentially fed to a heating zone A. In the heating zone A, the raw material is foamed by heating, the lid body 3 closes the mold 1 in the manner of compressing an uncured foamed body through the arrangement of guide rails 121, 122, then foaming is conducted while feeding the mold 1 in an inverting manner, and curing is conducted while opening the lid body 3. Subsequently, the foamed and curved body is demolded by a vacuum demolding device 11, and is stored in a storing box 13, while the mold 1 is again fed to the position directly below the nozzle 7 through a mold temperature adjusting zone B. Accordingly, the device is made to be compact. |
