PURPOSE:To planish the surface of a work at high speed, by giving high speed vibrations to the work in the lapping operation by free grains. CONSTITUTION:A roller 5' supporting the works 4 is vibrated by a cam mechanism so that the works 4 are vibrated. An eccentric cam 8 is driven by a motor 7 so that the a pin 11 is reciprocated in a direction of the arrow C and an arm 10 supported by a rotating shaft 9 is swung about the rotating shaft 9 in a direction of the arrow D. On the other hand, while a correction ring 6 positioned outside of a sticking table 3 to which the works are stuck is rotated together with the sticking table 3 due to the circumferential speed difference of a platen, it presses the roller 5' to the right. Accordingly, when the roller 5' is swung, the works 4 are vibrated. |
