PURPOSE:To secure a mounting plate being free of sideward travel, stoppage and rotation, by installing plural rollers (casters) at the bottom of this instrument mounting plate, while installing a sidable shaft, capable of making these rollers so as to be set afloat a little from a floor suface when they contact the floor surface free of taction or separation to or from the floor surface, in the central part. CONSTITUTION:A bottom plate 5 installing a boss 4 projectingly in the lower center is secured tight to the inner part of a mounting box 6 being opened downward, and a shaft part 13 of a slidable shaft 12, which solidly installs a non-slip device 10 in the lower end and a flange-like head part 11 in the upper end respectively, is slidably fitted in the boss 4 of this bottom plate 5. In a space between the under surface of the head part 11 and the upper surface of the bottom plate 5 of this slidable shaft 12, plural pieces of almost oval cams 15 are installed around the shaft part 12, and spring force of a spring 20 is made to act on the said shaft part 13 so as to cause the shaft 13 to be pressed down to these cams. In addition, plural rollers 8 are disposed in height so as to set them afloat a little from a floor surface in case of these cams 5 coming into a state of being illustrated. |
