PURPOSE:To decrease noise without increasing the volume of a burner, by providing a net to equalize the pressure in an air passage, so as to divide the air passage into two parts, as well as to cover the inlet of an air passage. CONSTITUTION:A pressure equalizing net 37, utilizing a wire net made of stainless steel or the like, is disposed in an air passage 36 so that the net divides the inlet 34 into the right and left parts, as well as to cover the inlet 34, and also divides the sectional surface of an air passage 36 into two parts. The turbulence of air flow produced while the air is fed into the air passage 36 from a vaporizing chamber 28 can be rectified when the air is passing through the part provided with the pressure equalizing net 37 which covers the inlet 34. With regard to the turbulence produced in the mixed gas passing through the air passage 36, on the other hand, the turbulence produced by swirling can be lessened, because the swirling force is lessened as a part of pressure equalizing net 37 which is provided so as to divide the sectional surface of an air passage 36 into two parts, acts as the resistance to flow against the swirling flow. With such an arrangement, noise during combustion caused by pulsation of flames and the like due to pressure fluctuation in the mixed gas can effectively be prevented. |
