<p>PURPOSE:To eliminate the need to control the charging of a main capacitor used for flashing, by charging the main capacitor associatively with shutter releasing operation when flash photography is necessary, and delaying the releasing of a shutter. CONSTITUTION:When the brightness detected by a subject brightness detecting circuit 30 is greater than a specific value, a flashing circuit 34 is not powered on. Only when the brightness of the subject is low, the flashing circuit 34 is powered on associatively with shutter releasing operation to charge the main capacitor C1 for flashing and a trigger circuit with a synchro switch operates to flash from a discharge tube F by the charged energy of the capacitor C1. Thus, the shutter is released after the charging of the main capacitor is completed to perform the flash photography and the circuit is powered off after the photography ends, so the power-on switch of the flashing circuit is left neither on nor off forgetfully because of simple operation, preventing the consumption of a battery.</p> |
