PURPOSE:To enable the smooth movement of a fork without causing the tilt of the fork, by driving both sides of the fork with a pair of U-shaped auxiliary levers. CONSTITUTION:One end of the main lever 14 is pivoted to the shaft 13 supported by the supports 11, 12, and the other end of the lever is made vertically movable. The support 8 of a material 9 to be cooked is rotatably attached to the opening of the case 1 and is furnished at its top with a skewer part 8a to hold the material 9. When the free end of the main lever 14 is pressed downward, the material is pressed and thrust with the skewer by the pressing member 15 attached to the main lever. When the free end of the lever is lifted, one end of a pair of U-shaped auxiliary levers 20, 21 pivoted to the shaft and integrated with each other is pressed down with the pin 19, and the other end of the auxiliary lever is shifted upward. The material 9 to be cooked is removed from the skewer part by the fork 10 fitted loosely to the skewer and driven by the auxiliary levers when the free end of the main lever is pulled up. |
