PURPOSE:To prepare an activating factor of polynuclear leukocyte derived from human cell to activate human or animal polynuclear leukocyte, by cultivating a cell derived from human T lymphocyte. CONSTITUTION:A cell derived from human T lymphocyte capable of producing an activating factor of human polynuclear leukocyte, such as lymphocyte collected from human, cultivated material thereof by subculture, human malignant cell, cell strain obtained by cloning it, human can fusion strain, etc. is cultivated in the presence or absence of T lymphocyte mitogen, and an activating factor of polynuclear leukocyte derived from human is collected from a supernatant liquid of the culture. |
