PURPOSE:To prevent the hindrance of the level-detecting element to the removal of a liquid tank, and to enable the removal of the tank without difficulty, by placing the element for the detection of the liquid level at the outside of the liquid tank containing the liquid for cooking the material to be cooked. CONSTITUTION:A liquid tank 6 containing the liquid 7 for cooking the material 11 to be cooked is placed in the top-opened case 1, and the heaters 8 for heating the liquid 7 are arranged outside of the liquid tank 6. The cover 2 having an opening 2a at the top is placed on the case 1 to cover the opening of the case. The support 10 for the material 11 is furnished with a skewer part 10a for thrusting and holding the material 11, and is placed on the opening of the cover 2. The support 10 can be turned upside-down to immerse the material in the liquid. The support 10 is supported by the rotary shaft 5, and the detecting elements 18, 19 to detect whether the liquid level in the liquid tank 6 has reached the preset level, are placed at the outside of the liquid tank. Consequently, the liquid tank can be removed from the case easily without hindrance of the detecting elements. |
