PURPOSE:To make the construction of a die compact, by forming a cut-bending part in a blank simultaneously with its blanking, and pushing out the cut-bending part to float it by an injector after a punch retreats out of a hole. CONSTITUTION:In blanking a blank 2 by a die, an injector 20 sinks with the progress of the formation of a cut-bending part 17 by a cut-bending punch 18. When the upper die 5 rises after the completion of the blanking, the injector 20 rises also by a repulsion force of a spring 21 to push out the cut-bending part 17 from a hole 19. Accordingly, the blank 2 is raised from a lower die 4 to be in a floating state by a height corresponding to the height of the part 17, and is easily scooped up and sent out by a feed bar. |
