PURPOSE:To simplify the production process by manufacturing a swash plate disc while sintering the swash plate disc members in a multi-layer form comprising separate sintered compositions to be joined and united in one body. CONSTITUTION:An oil discharge outlet (a) and an oil passage 7 are bored from thick wall part 4 to a thin wall part 8 on one side of a swash plate. These oil passage 7 and oil discharge outlet (a) are bored also on the thick wall 4 side, and communicated to a formed oil reservoir chamber 6. Such swash plate disc members 1, 2 are sintered while subjecting them 1, 2 to contact bonding in the joining direction in the state of semi-finished product in the step of pre-sintering. Close contact parts 5 between the swash plate disc members 1, 2 are strongly joined and united in a body by sintering and crosslinking mutual material elements. Accordingly, it is possible to simplify the production of any swash plate disc member of a compressor. |
