PURPOSE:To carry out an ideal brake hydraulic pressure control, by utilizing an air spring used in a suspension system so that the initial pressure of pressure reducing operation of a pressure reducing valve is changed in accordance with a loaded weight of a vehicle. CONSTITUTION:Pressure reducing valves 51, 52 for proportionally reducing outlet hydraulic pressures at the outlet ports P1, P2 of a master cylinder and for transmitting the thus reduced hydraulic pressures to rear wheel brakes Br1, Br2, are disposed in oil passages L1, L2 communicating the outlet ports P1, P2 with the rear brakes Br1, Br2, and valve members 9 in the pressure reducing valves 51, 52 are urged in the valve opening direction to determine the initial pressures of pressure reducing operation of the pressure reducing valves in accordance with a loaded weight of a vehicle. By coupling an air spring 22 in a suspension system to the valve members, simplification and miniaturization to the structure of the device and the idealization of braking may be aimed at. |
