A heat supply regulating device comprises a heating source (13) and regulating equipment (12) to which are connected one or more measurement value probing units (12a, 12b) which, dependent upon received measurement values regulate the heat output from the source. The regulating equipment (12) is controlled (10b) by a unit which probes the momentarily occurring factual heating requirement of the air to be heated or of a part of it. The air quantity is allowed to pass an energy diffusing component (4), and the energy absorbed by the air and its momentary heat content is determined. - The energy absorbed by the air quantity is compared with a theoretically and/or empirically determined energy absorption valid for an air quantity with fixed heating requirement or a predetermined water content in the fluid phase. From the determined energy difference the air momentarily occurring factual higher and/or lower heating requirement is evaluated. |
