PURPOSE:To enable to manufacture clamp fittings provided with a magnetic shielding plate in the same operation process with other clamp fittings by a method wherein an explosive by welded steel plate made by explosive welding of a steel plate with a non-magnetic material for shielding of magnetic flux is used etween the core-coil clamp fittings and a coil. CONSTITUTION:As the non-magnetic plate 3 for prevention of the upper part clamp fittings 2 and the lower part clamp fittings 5 from invasion of magnetic flux, a copper plate or an aluminum plate is installed face to face with the winding 4. Therefore, the explosive by welded steel plate 15 is the steel plate manufactured by explosive welding of the non-magnetic plate 13 and the steel plate, it is made as a part of the clamp fittings, and is arranged so as to make the non-magnetic plate 13 come to the face side facing the colding, and the steel plate 17 of the clamp fittings facing the core and the steel plate part of the explosive by welded steel plate 15 are welded directly. Accordingly, because the unevenness of the joined part is eliminated, improvement can be attained also with regard to the electric field, and reliability in insulation is enhanced. |
