The invention relates to a movable bed according to the parent application P3224526.2, in which a foot-holding device is provided to improve the objective and subjective safety of the exerciser and to improve the handling, which foot-holding device consists essentially of a support tube, which is arranged so that it can be displaced and fixed on the foot bar, with a foot support plate for each foot arranged on both sides of the support tube and approximately perpendicular thereto and two pairs of attachment rollers for each foot arranged above each foot support plate with spacing from the standing surface of the foot support plate and from one another and having a thick, soft outer coating and a solid core, one pair of attachment rollers, assigned to the upper side of the foot in the supine position of the exerciser, being arranged on a guide rod, attached to the support tube at an acute angle to the standing surface, so as to be displaceable along the guide rod by means of a thread drive.
