PURPOSE:To eliminate a fear of intrusion of water in relation to a titled air conditioner by making mounting work simple, maintaining airtight property and positioning opening part and an air intake and exhaust opening of an external wall unit upward and downward respectively, by performing mounting and fixing of the titled air conditioner so as to push the tip of a rising part of a back panel against a rubber seal while the air conditioner is being mounted to the external wall unit with bolts provided on the upper part of a main body of the air conditioner by hooking a hook part of the main body of the air conditioner on a hook part of external wall unit. CONSTITUTION:A main body 20 of an air conditioner is connected with an external wall unit 31 secured to reinforcement bar 43 of a wall 44, a back panel 24 side is lifted and connected with a hook part 40 so as to hook a hook part 28 of a base stand 23 side to the hook part 40. As width of the hook part 40 is provided narrower than that of the hook part 28, bolts 27 become insertable into holes 37 after connection, the main body 20 is secured by tightening with nuts, the tip 26 of a rising part 25 is touched to about the center of a pasket 35 and air tight property is obtained. Rain water becomes not enterable into the main body 20 even if the rain water is entered from an air intake and exhaust opening 33 along the external surface through a gallery 34 as the bottom 41 of an opening part 29 is provided at a high place. |
