<p>PURPOSE:To obtain the film capable of reappearing fine unevenness cheaply and excellent in properties of repeated use and frame stick by a method in which after an image has been given on one surface of the film by using contractive resin, unevenness is formed on the opposite surface of the film on account of the contraction of said resin. CONSTITUTION:An image is given on one surface of the film having mold release characteristic to (semi)transparent polyester resin (e.g. vinylon film etc.), while using the resin 2 which contracts at drying and curing (e.g. the resin with low temperature curing property such as wet cure type urethane resin is preferable). Next, only the part of said film applied with resin 2 is protruded by expansion to the surface opposite the surface with the image applied, by the contraction caused to occur on account of drying and curing the resin, whereby uneven surface is formed, and thus the patterned film 3 for decorative laminated board may be produced.</p> |
