<p>PURPOSE:To record efficiently a history, by storing a memory with only information whose contents can be discriminated among all pieces of information from a user and information from a computer. CONSTITUTION:When an incoming signal from a telephone set 1 is detected, a speech processor 4 sends that to the computer 5. A data collection part 12 detects the start of a conversation. The computer 5 outputs a message to the telephone set 1 in the form of digital data on the basis of the incoming. The processor 4 synthesizes a voice by an audio response circuit 9 and sends the voice to the telephone set 1. Data from the computer 5, on the other hand, is collected by the data collection part 12 actuated on the start of the conversation and stored in a register 13. Once the data is stored in the register 13, a control part 14 transfers the contents of the register 13 to a storage medium 15. The telephone set 1, on the other hand, sends out a push-button telephone signal regarding necessary items. This data is sent out to the computer 5 and also collected by the collection part 12 to be stored on the medium 15.</p> |
