PURPOSE:To obtain the titled mold capable of sensing from the outside the heating state on each section of a mold that is being used by a method wherein the sensing part of a sensor for measuring a heating location, heat quantity thereof is set to the mold with indicator windows on the outer surface. CONSTITUTION:Materials (silicon element, ferrite, etc.) 11 composing the sensing part of a sensor are coated with a metallic tube 12 and the sensor that is connected by lead wires 13 with a measuring device 14 and indicator windows 15 is set to the mold 2. The indicator windows 15 are equipped on the outside of the mold, so that the heating state at each section of the mold 2 that is being used can be observed easily on the outside. The amount of strength to be added to the mold can be known and the damage on the mold due to unreasonable impact can be prevented also. |
