PURPOSE:To prevent the produce recesses or protrusion on a water amount characteristic curve by a constitution wherein a tapered water amount regulating valve, cooperating with a diaphragm, is provided at the branching part of a bypassing water path while a resilient spring is interposed at the back surface of the diaphragm and a spring seat, receiving the other end of the spring, is provided movably into the operating direction of the diaphragm. CONSTITUTION:The resilient spring 14 is interposed at the back surface of the diaphragm 4 and the spring seat 17, receiving the other end of the resilient spring 14, is provided movably into the operating direction of the diaphragm 4 while an operating piece 18, moving and operating the spring seat 17, is provided to permit to effect the regulation of the feeding water amount by only moving and operating the sping seat 17 by the operating piece 18. The amount of water fed to the side of the heat exchanger 6 may be kept in constant substantially, a complicated temperature regulator is not necessitated and the water amount characteristic may be changed linearly by a method wherein the water amount regulating valve 10 is operated simultaneously with a pressure regulating valve 3 and the change of the water feeding amount due to the change of the choking amount of a pressure regulating part 2, which is effected by the pressure regulating valve 3, is absorbed by the bypassing water path 9. |
