摘要 PURPOSE:To prevent air bubbles from entering into resin to be molded and reduce the amount of foreign matters adhered to the surface of resin by such an arrangement wherein under decompressed atmosphere, information signals on the surface of a metal mold are transferred to the surface of a thin layer of radioactive ray setting type resin formed on a substrate, and after the thin layer of resin is hardened, a covering is formed thereon. CONSTITUTION:Chambers 1-5 are decompressed by vacuum pumps 17, 18 and a sheet of substrate is arranged on a turntable 28 by a cassette 19 and radioactive ray setting type resin is supplied on the substrate which is turning from a nozzle 32 and a thin layer is caused to form. Next, the substrate is moved onto an exposure table 34 of an exposure device 33, and a metal mold 35 is brought to contact with the surface of resin, and after information signals are transferred by being pressed, the resin layer is caused to harden by irradiating radioactive ray from a radioactive source 37. After being hardened, the metal mold 35 is separated, and the substrate is moved to a vacuum plating chamber 4, and a covering film is formed by the substance being evaporated from an evaporating source 38 sheet by sheet. Duplicated disks of good quality with less dropout can be easily obtained.
