PURPOSE:To obtain the titled labor-saving apparatus enabling the efficient linear extraction of core bars by a constitution wherein a core bar is clamped from above and below in the rear part of a rubber hose stopper dies member and reciprocating motions are performed. CONSTITUTION:The end part of a rubber hose 7 with a core bar contained therein is cut away so that the core bar 8 is protruded, and a part of the core bar is passed through rubber hose stopper dies 9 and clamped by chucks 13 and 14 which are actuated by the operation of a cylinder mechanism 18. Next, with a cylinder mechanism 28 operated, a case body 11 is separated away from the dies member 9 so that the core bar 8 is extracted from the hose. When the end of the extracted core bar 8 reaches a place between pinch rolls 23 and 24 and comes in contact with a flapper 25, a cylinder mechanism 21 operates to drop a rod 22, and thereby the core bar held by the pinch rolls 23 and 24 is fed out onto a delivering platform. |
