PURPOSE:To obtain the titled device having a simple and precise construction wherein the front end of a housing is fixed to a fixed head, while the rear guide of a movable head is inserted into a linear ball bearing provided in the rear inside of the housing so that it can move forward and backward freely through the inside of the bearing. CONSTITUTION:The front end of a cylindrical housing 9 is connected and fixed to a fixed head 1 by a bolt 11, and the upper and lower parts of the housing are cut to provide openings 12. A linear ball bearing 13 is inserted into the rear half part of the housing to be set therein. Between the housing 9 and the bearing 13 a key 14 is fitted by insertion so as to prevent the slippage of the bearing 13 in the rotational direction thereof. A movable head 5 moves forward and backward in the direction of an arrow (a), guided by the internal rolling contact surface 21 of the bearing 13, so as to open and close molding dies 6 and 7. |
