PURPOSE:To prevent transfer of heat to a bearing box from turbine housing and to suppress rise of temperature of the bearing box, by locating a member of low thermal conductivity between the bearing box and the turbine housing. CONSTITUTION:A member 5 of low thermal conductivity is made of an annular ceramic sheet with thickness of 1mm. having an outer peripheral end protruding in parallel to a shaft. Thermal resistance of this member 5 with the low thermal conductivity is 0.001m<2>h deg.C/K cal. The member 5 of low thermal conductivity is located between a bearing box 1 and a turbine housing 2, and thereby the heat of the turbine housing 2 is hardly transferred to the gearing box. Thus, even if an internal combustion engine is brought to a stop from a high-load condition without the process of idling, and cooling of the bearing box 1 and the shaft 41 of a rotor 4 by means of lubricating oil is stopped, an increase in temperature of the bearing box 1 itself is suppressed, and this prevents the occurrence of a trouble such as carbonization caused by thermal decomposition of lubricating oil at bearing parts 121 and 122.
