PURPOSE:To have assured synchronization of a clock between the transmitter and receiver sides when the reception is restarted, by detecting a clock signal through a clock generator in different timing, and performing stable phase locked control during the transmission. CONSTITUTION:A shift in phase that should be produced when a transmitting clock passes through a clock extractor 21 via a digital transmitter 18 is set between the clock generating timing of a transmitting clock generator 30 and that of a receiving clock generator 31. That is, the coincidence is always secured between transmitting and receiving clocks which are compared with each other by a phase comparator 22 in case a communication device 11 is set under a transmitting mode. When the device 11 is under a receiving state, the receiving clock of the generator 31 is locked in phase with the clock extracted from a transmission line 12 by a correction in phase. |
