<p>PURPOSE:To obtain the core of excellent heat-resisting property and thermal shock resistance by constituting the stator core constituting the rotary transformer by MnZn ferrite and adding a specific quantity of V2O5 into the stator core. CONSTITUTION:50% Fe2O3, 33% MnO and 15% ZnO, which are all represented at mol%, are mixed, and baked temporarily for approximately one hr at 900 deg.C. 0.01-0.4wt%. V2O5 is added to the mixture, and crushed and mixed for approximately forty hr by using a ball mill. A binder is added to the mixture and molded, and baked for one hr in an N2 atmosphere elevated up to 1,400 deg.C. The upper and lower surfaces of the core obtained in this manner are ground and processed. Accordingly, cracks, breakings, chippings, etc. are not generated in the core, and mechanical strength is also increased.</p> |
