PURPOSE:To accurately and efficiently carry out water supply to grain flour, by suitably selecting a set value, lowering a slender body for draining water by a given level in a weighing water tank, overflowing an unnecessary amount, finely adjusting the volume of water storage to give a constant volume thereof and opening a water supply pipe of the tank. CONSTITUTION:An overflow pipe 2 is provided on the inside of a weighing water tank 1 equipped with suitable water filling devices 15 and 18 to vertically move the top water discharge outlet (2a). A graduated water volume setting device 3 constituted of driving mechanism 5 for vertically moving a vertically long water draining slender body 4 and a water volume indication mechanism 8 having a corresponding pointer 7, connectedly driven with operation of the driving mechanism 5 and corresponding to scales 6 indicating the water volume in the water tank 1 is provided. An openable and closable water supply pipeline 11 connected to a kneading tank 13 is further provided at the bottom of the water tank 1. As a result, water supply to the grain flour can be accurately and efficiently carried out in kneading the grain flour.
