PURPOSE:To obtain a feed for crustaceans capable of retaining the shape for a long time without increasing the amount of a binder to be used, sticking and disintegrating, by blending a surfactant which is solid at ordinary temperature and sparingly soluble in water with other ingredients. CONSTITUTION:A feed for crustaceans obtained by blending a surfactant, e.g. sucrose ester or propylene glycol ester of a fatty acid, etc., which has >=25 deg.C molting point and is solid at ordinary temperature and sparingly soluble in water in an amount within 0.5-20wt% range based on the feed with a binder, e.g. sodium alginate, guar gum, etc., in granulating a feed raw material, e.g. fish meal, yeast, starch, vitamin, etc., with the binder by a conventional method into pellets to produce the feed for crustaceans.
