PURPOSE:To enable the measurement in a handy, efficient and highly accurate manner by arranging a vertically movable press mechanism, a rotary table for carrying and fixing a plurality of test pieces and rotary driving mechanism for moving the press mechanism vertically. CONSTITUTION:A portal frame 2 is erected on the body 1 and a press mechanism 4 is mounted between right and left spiral shafts 3 supported rotatably in a pair of right and left frames. A rotary table 18 is so arranged to carry and fix a plurality of test pieces. A rotary shaft at the center of the rotary table 18 is interlocked with a rotary drive mechanism having a rotary drive motor. With such an arrangement, bending strength of fine ceramics can be tested in a handy, efficient and highly accurate manner. |
