<p>PURPOSE:To reduce to a compact size a recording apparatus including a feed path for a manual-feed transfer paper and a feed path for a transfer paper from a transfer paper stacking portion by using a paper feed roller for a transfer paper from the above stacking portion also for an insertion roller for a manual- feed transfer paper. CONSTITUTION:A lower casing 34 for accommodating a paper feed cassette 31 is disposed below a copying apparatus body. Paper P1 in the cassette 31 is pushed up through an intermediate plate 37 subjected to the action of a push-up lever 38, and one end of paper P1 is brought into pressure contact with a paper feed roller 39. A cylindrical guide plate 40 is disposed in the vicinity of a paper feed path of the paper feed roller 39, and a driven roller 41 is disposed above the paper feed roller 39 to be brought into pressure contact therewith under a fixed pressure. One side of the apparatus body is provided with an opening portion 42 corresponding to the paper feed roller 39 and the driven roller 41 and with a manual feed guide plate 43, thereby to conduct a manual feed operation in response to the operation of switch means S at the time of manual feed operation.</p> |
