PURPOSE:To enable meter inspection in every other month by an instrument which comprises a pulse generating circuit, an erroneous operation preventing circuit during power failure, a plurality of counters, a control circuit and a display section to indicate demand energy or integrating demand energy for each month over at least two months. CONSTITUTION:The titled instrument comprises a pulse generating circuit 1 provided inside a casing 3 of an integrating wattmeter to generate pulses proportional to electric energy, an erroneous operation preventing circuit 2 during power failure to prevent generation of excessive pulses due to noises during power failure, counters 11 and 12 having a function to count the pulses fed from the circuit 1 through the circuit 2 and a function to store the counted values, a control circuit 20 adapted to control both counting and storing operations of the counters 11, 12 and to output the data stored in the counters 11, 12 to different terminals in order of storing operations, and a display section 30 for indicating the data issued from the circuit 20. Thereby, the integrating electric energy for each month is indicated over at least two months, the meter inspection takes place in every other month. |
