PURPOSE:To provide a toasted laver sheet seasoned at one side, whereby the sticking of the laver can be prevented by handling the unseasoned side with hand, and the laver is good for health and keeps the taste and flavor of the conventional toasted and seasoned laver. CONSTITUTION:The glossy surface A is named as the obverse surface, and the B surface as the reverse surface. The seasoning treatment is applied only to the B surface, and then the laver is heat-treated and dried. The A surface keeps the nature of original toasted laver. The cooked rice, ingredients, etc. are placed on the seasoned B surface, and cooked. For example, a hand-rolled SUSHI can be prepared, as shown in the figure, without minding the stickiness of the seasoning solution, hygienically and easily, without loss of the taste and flavor of the laver. |
