<p>PURPOSE:To detach a treated aluminum bar from a rack bar for hanging frames safely and easily by pivotally mounting a ladder-like frame with a support plate, to which a reciprocating rod actuator is connected for turning the frame. CONSTITUTION:A hanging frame 1 with an aluminum bar fitted to a rack bar A is placed on a conveyer 2 of a detachment station and transported. When the frame reaches a point B, the rack bar is detached from the hanging frame 1, and received by a turning device 3. The turning device 3 comprises a frame 4, a support plate 5 fixed on the end portion thereof at right angles with the frame 4, a pivot member 6 for turning the frame 4 and a reciprocating rod actuator 7. The rack bar and the aluminum bar A are caught by the support plate 5, and then the servo actuator 7 is contracted to turn the frame 4 to the horizontal state to detach the aluminum bar from the rack bar.</p> |
