PURPOSE:To efficiently burn with a simple method and also a small amount of used steam by emulsifying water collecting fine water drops generated by injected steam to preheat heavy oil and heavy oil, after said oil and steam are mixed. CONSTITUTION:Mixing means 15 is provided in a heating and emulsifying device 5 to promote the mixing of steam and fuel oil. Steam injected into the device 5 is condensed to form fine water drops after heat exchanging with heavy oil. This water and heavy oil are mixed by the mixing means and steam pressure etc. to make emulsified mixture. Emulsified fuel oil is supplied to a burner 6 through a fuel supply pipe 13 connected to the device 5. As steam injected into the oil is mixed with the oil to make emulsion, the generation of NOx smoke dust is controlled and efficient burning can be carried out by a small sized and simple device and method. |
