PURPOSE:To make a raw cloth deliverable while tentering accurately at all times, by installing a couple of needle wheels corresponding to the vicinity of both selvages of the raw cloth in an intermediate position on top of a device body provided with a raw cloth supporting shaft and a delivery roller,and also installing a lappet supporting device in space between both needle wheels. CONSTITUTION:A cloth spreader body is traveled reciprocatorily along rails 2 laid down on a table 1 and delivers a raw cloth 8 supported rotatably on each of supporting bracket plates 6 and 6' via shafts 9 and 9' attendant upon the said traveling. In this case, a pair of needle wheels 10 and 10' corresponding to the vicinity of both selvages of the raw cloth are installed in space between these raw cloth supporting shafts 9 and 9' and a delivery roller 23. That is to say, a base block 12 is fitted with parent plates 13 and 13' as free of displacement breadthwise along slits 11 and 11' installed in this base block 12, and each of these needle wheels 10 and 10' is attached to these parent plates as free of angle adjustment with the selvages of the raw cloth 8. Likewise, a disc wheel 30 by way of a lappet supporting device is set up between paired needle wheels 10 and 10'. |
