PURPOSE:To realize surely optical communication, by providing a means reporting it to the operator that light path is established. CONSTITUTION:When the operator closes a switch SW to find out a light path, a signal (b) goes to ''0'', an AND gate 62 is closed, a G1 is opened, and a signal from a carrier pulse generator PG becomes an output of the gate G1 as it is. Further, an OR gate G3 outputs the signal of the generator PG as it is to drive a transistor TR1 and to light an infrared-ray emitting element LED1. On the other hand, in finding out a light path by activating a communication device LC1 with the transmission of a carrier pulse from the other optical communication device LC2, the pulse is received at a photo diode PD1, an LC resonnace circuit is resonated, a voltage is generated across an inductance L and a light emitting diode LED3 is lighted. Since the light path is established through the relation of position of the lighted LED3, the switch SW is opened to perform the transmission/receiving. |
