PURPOSE:In a device for flowing the sealed oil fed into a seal case between a rotary shaft and a seal ring to seal gas, to achieve good sealig performance by making an oil feed groove in the face of a seal ring contacting with the guide face of the seal case. CONSTITUTION:The sealed oil fed into a seal case 2 will flow through an oil supply hole 3d in a seal ring 3 and a gap between a seal ring 3 and the seal case 2 between the seal ring 3 and the rotary shaft 1. Consequently the leakage of high pressure gap P1 filled in the machine to atmospheric pressure P2 is prevented. An oil supply groove 3f is formed in both side faces 3a 3b contacting with the guide faces 2a, 2b of a seal case 2 in said seal ring 3. Sealed oil is fed to said groove 3f to prevent jamming of seal ring 3 at the contact faces 3a, 3b. |
