PURPOSE:To make the vapor pressure of coolant rise to the determined value quickly and easily even if it is very low when a machine starts operating by providing a heating equipment which heats the coolant to a transportation system. CONSTITUTION:A heating equipment 11 such as a heater, controlled by a controller 12, is provided to an intermediate position of a pipe 7 of a transportation system 5. When vapor pressure of the coolant is low, such as when the operation starts, the transportation system 5 and the heating equipment 11 are closed before starting of operation. With this process, the coolant liquid 4 in a coolant storage 3 is pumped up to the top of the tank and at the same time heated and vaporized and blows into the tank through sprays 8 so that the vapor pressure in the tank increases. When the vapor pressure reaches the prescribed value, the controller 12 operating in accordance with the pressure value or the temperature disconnects the heating equipment 11 and at the same time delivers the direction of starting operation. |
