PURPOSE:To effectively connect electrically and mechanically the lead of a stator coil to a lead-in cable by adding a compression terminal for clamping fixedly cable strands to the cylinder of a connecting terminal when connecting the lead of the stator coil to the cable. CONSTITUTION:The lead 3 of a stator coil 2 of a rotary electric machine is soldered to an annular connecting conductor plate 4 to form a lead unit 5. A fork unit 9 is solder to the plate 4 by a connecting terminal 6 which has a compression terminal 10 of C shape for clamping the strands 7 of a plug-in cable 1, a cylinder 8 for soldering the strands 7 and the terminal 6 having the unit 9 for holding the plate 4, and the strands 7 are connected by soldering to the cylinder 8 to the compression connection of the terminal 10. Accordingly, since solder flow does not enter into the compression connector, the soldered part is prevented from breaking due to fatigue of the soldered part due to repeated bending stress. |
