发明名称 ROTARY YOKE MATERIAL OF MAGNETIC BEARING
摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain a high specific resistance without losing strength and retention by using rotary yoke material containing Ni, Al, Mo and/or W and Ti in a specific proportion, the residue being substantially iron. CONSTITUTION:A rotary yoke 3 of a magnetic bearing is disposed opposite to a fixed yoke 6, and rotated with a rotor 2 at high speed. The rotary yoke 3 is formed of composition material containing 4 to 23wt% of Ni, 0.7 to 3.2wt% of Al, 1.4 to 6wt% of Mo and/or W and 0.05 to 0.1wt% of one or two and more kinds among Ti, Zr, Ta and niobium, the residue being substantially composed of rion. Such rotary yoke material is soft magnetic material having high strength, which can provide large specific resistance and facilitate manufacturing the yoke.
