PURPOSE:To simplify the treating steps by mixing epoxy ester, ferric phosphate powder and surfactant to dilute an organic solvent, adhering it to a slot, thermally curing it, and then casing a conductor. CONSTITUTION:When a rotor slot is insulated in a squirrelcage induction motor, 40-100wt. parts of ferric phosphate powder and 2-4wt. parts of surfactant are mixed with 200wt. part of epoxy ester in a paste state, diluted with organic solvent in a colloid solution is adhered by dipping method into the slot, thermally cured to form a film, then the rotor conductor is cast. Accordingly, ferric phosphate powder can sufficiently endure against high temperature molten metal at the casting time, the epoxy ester operates as a binder, the surfactant evenly disperses the ferric phosphate. Thus, the slot can be insulated simply and economically in the steps. |
