<p>The invention relates to a safety-lock programming system. According to the invention, a cam 6, to which access is gained from the outside by means of a special key, is actuated by causing it to execute a rotation of 90 DEG , and, with the bolt 1 open, that is to say concealed, there is released a set 22 of gearwheels meshed with another similar wheel set of identical initial diameter, fixed by meshing to a third set or group of pawls 4 actuable from outside by means of the numbering wheel or external knob, so that, by actuating the latter by transmitting pulses to it in the opposite direction to the position of the shaft in five angularly separate positions, a combination is selected or composed by displacing the driven wheels, said shaft being blocked in a sixth position when the cam returns to its initial position.
