PURPOSE:To increase a measuring precision in case a liquid to be measured has a high pressure by decreasing the differential pressure between an inner pressure and an outer pressure of a flexible tube connecting a weight measuring piping and a piping for a liquid to be measured. CONSTITUTION:A liquid 10 is filled in a tightly closed case 9 containing the weight measuring piping 1 and the flexible tube 5a, 5b. If the pressure of the liquid 2 to be measured is raised, the tubes 5a, 5b tend to expand to the outside due to a pressure Pin of the liquid 2. But since there is the uncompressible liquid 10 at the outside, a counterforce Pout is generated from the liquid 10. Since Pin Pout, the pressure difference is low even if the pressure of the liquid 2 is high and the flexible material of low rigidity can be used as the tubes 5a, 5b, the decrease of the weight measuring precision can be prevented and the flow quantity by weight can be measured highly precisely. |
