PURPOSE:To drive a noncontact double-acting type actuator axially and rotatably with a compact structure by holding a movable unit in noncontacting state by a magnetic force of an attracting pole of first and second motor poles, and driving the unit by a magnetic force of a driving pole of the motor poles. CONSTITUTION:A first motor pole 2 has an attracting oil of a movable unit having tooth trains 4a, 4b at the base of a core member, and has a driving coil of the unit. Similarly, a second motor pole 3 has an attracting oil and a driving coil of a movable unit. The unit is held in a noncontacting state by the magnetic forces of the attracting pole of the poles 2, 3, the unit is axially driven by the magnetic force of the driving pole of the pole 2, and the unit is rotatably driven by the magnetic force of the driving pole of the pole 3. |
