PURPOSE:To select easily tongs for each process by a simple structure, by providing a turning plate provided with the tongs of the same number as the number of forging processes on the tip part of a piston rod, and a driving part for rotating this turning plate. CONSTITUTION:A turning plate 10 is rotated by a rocking motor 31, the first process tongs 7 are set to a work position, and when a forging work of the first process is ended, a pawl 15 of the first process tongs 7 is operated by a cylinder 19, the first process forging is grasped, is carried to the following process and becomes a waiting state. In the same way, the second process forging is processed by rotating the turning plate 10 by 120 degrees and setting the second process tongs. In the same way, the third process forging is grasped by the third process tongs 9 and is carried out to a press. |
