Clay-pipe(1) for briquette is manufd. by the following processes. The burnt-briquette is crushed to 80 mesh and dehydrated. Volcanic ashes with a particle diam. of 1.5-2mm are prepared and are mixed and kneaded with the crushed briquette. This mixture is sprayed with sodium silicate and then the clay-pipe is quickly molded from the mixture.
