PURPOSE:To easily obtain a working tool with which the whole worked part can be ground superfinely at a same time by positioning a shank into a ground part and pouring resin and then drawing-out the resin formed integrally with the shank from the ground part. CONSTITUTION:When the ground part 7 on a worked member 5 is a penetration hole, a proper plate is applied onto the back surface. Then a proper amount of resin is poured into the ground part 7 until the peripheral groove 3a on the shank 3 is immersed into the near center part on the ground part 7, and said resin is hardened. Said resin is to form a tool part, and after said resin is hardened and formed integrally with the shank 3, said shank 3 is drawn-out from the ground part 7, and thus a working tool 1 is prepared. Urethane rubber or silicone rubber can be used as resin. As for said tool 1, the shank 3 is fitted onto a working apparatus, and the minute vibration having a minute radius is applied, and thus superfine finishing for the whole member is performed at a same time by allowing diamond grains to be interposed in the ground part 7. |
