The subject of the invention relates especially to the technical sector of the building industry and more particularly to insulation means. This panel comprises, in combination, a support 1 made from an insulating material on one of whose faces are contiguously attached timber strips 2, the ends of which are alternately disposed set back from and overhanging the insulating support 1 so as to permit the interleaving of panels disposed in vertical and/or horizontal alignment.
